CLIR™ is Courage, Learning, Innovation & Relating

The Nurses Legacy Institute (TNLI) is a non-profit organization that provides insights, builds relationships, and explores new ways to support and develop nurse leaders. Our mission is to meet aspiring nurse leaders where they are and to catapult their leadership journey.

We’re focused on providing a CLIR™ pathway to the future of nursing leadership. Our founding partners developed the CLIR™ framework as a way for the next generation to achieve excellence in nursing leadership. Join us on the journey.

We believe in fostering an environment where everyone can freely share, learn, and connect with each other, which is why we're limiting the group sizes. Stay tuned for registration details - coming soon!
