The Chief Nursing Officer Institute (formerly CNOA) has been developed for new and aspiring to be Chief Nursing Officers.
The content and experiences is based on TNLI’s Framework which includes the following core values: Courage, Learning, Innovating and Relating™ (CLIR).
This is an opportunity to network and learn with other CNOs from across the country. The content is focused on real life messages™ and the latest research and literature.
The CNO Institute™ by TNLI is held twice a year.
